Hey., Thanks for all the videos. I need help., has anyone taken muscle relaxers or other dugs to help with hypercusis? Also have tinnitus… the hypercusis made the tinnitus worse.

I wonder if hearing aids prolong your tinnitus from slowly reducing in volume? Or should we just naturally learn to let the volume go down over time without them?

This video helped me extremly in the first (Very dark) nights/days. Thank you! The rumor of after 3 month its chronic is not true! What massivly helped me is "me time" and trying to find time to relax. Also, as soon as you hear it, try to think about something else. Do not focus on the noise. Now already after 60 days my brain got used to it and during the day i dont hear it. The hardest is the sleep. Listen to tinnitus music that takes noise away. Take a ice cold shower. Kickstart thr first hard nights with medicine if needed. To everyone here: it will get better! Time heals everything.

Everybody, put garlic in your ear for 3-5 days, the noise will disappear. But be careful to choose a suitable size, otherwise it may block in your ear. Also drink lavander tea and Melissa tea.

They won’t tell you this fact, tinnitus is caused by medication‘s cough meds, Adderall, aspirin, I was six years old when I first noticed it after getting cough medicine during about with chickenpox. It cleared up with no meds taken.

I had an MRI that I had to stop 10 minutes into it due to what was happening in my head. I was left with ringing in my ears since....

I remember as a child having my mother put steroid drops into my ears for my frequent ear infections. They were difficult to use and to get the drops into the right location in my ears was difficult and frustrating for me. They weren't very effective. Nowadays, they prescribe or recommend OTC nasal steroid sprays. That helps my nasal passages, but it doesn't help my frequent ear infections. I've been prescribed oral steroid pills with a titrated dose that has helped, but the infections inevitably return. Why can't they make a steroid spray that goes into the ear? I think that would make a huge difference. Medical researchers hear me! Create a steroid spray that goes into the ear! Please and thank you!

Hi. I just saw an audiologist for tinnitus and hearing loss. It was suggested that I get hearing aids. I believe it’s a Signia (has notch therapy?) for tinnitus. What do you think of those? Thanks in advance and I appreciate the info on your channel.

I've had tinnitus for over 30 years. I sleep best with a fan going on low speed. I've also noticed that my tinnitus gets louder if I eat salty foods and it takes a day or two of avoiding salt and salty foods to settle down to its usual level. Nothing helps. This sound therapy on your video made my ears ache at every volume I tried, so this one is not for me.

Your stories are all quick change people but I’m one of your clients and I’ve been wearing my maskers for a year and I’m still not habituated. It’s a little defeating to your clients that take longer.

My tinnitus is 8 to 10. I can't imagine the sound being much louder but I'm sure it can be. I pray for either a cure or at least make it tolerable. I don't know how I can hang on like this. I fell off a flatbed getting a ride home after my car broke down and hit the back of my head.

I only use this when it gets stronger and is stronger on one side. It almost never happens, but it gets more annoying. This helps, but my normal tinnitus always comes back after some time.

I'm just so used to hearing the constant noise... I usually don't think about it. I don't remember a time when I didn't hear the ringing. I think this has been going on all my life and I'm over 55. 🤷‍♀️
